The numbers are staggering and the current dependence on digital media for education and in some cases as a substitute for parental care is making matters worse. Charisma Creative Leaders Club (CCL) is dedicated to reversing this trend. 

Charisma Creative Leaders Club and Flow 2 Grow Youth Yoga & Creative Arts bring transformative programs based on the principles of MESH (Mental, Emotional, and Social Health) to children ages 3 to 18 through home and community programs in addition to training, classes and resources for camps, schools, and community education organizations. 

Flow2Grow programs combine yoga, creative expression activities (crafts, drawing, writing, etc.) that help  youth develop skills in self-awareness, self-regulation, community, creativity and mindfulness. 

CCL programs  integrate evidence-based practices in conscious parenting, child development and organizational psychology to create hands-on learning experiences that provide a long-term beneficial impact to counteract the negative outcomes of childhood ACEs and improve overall family and community dynamics.
